Artwork is generally defined as a static picture that captures various concepts that people consider to be an ‘art’ and while this topic is certainly most subjective to the viewers perspectives, there are still some general rules when something can be defined as an artwork and when it is something else.

Logo & Icon Design

Logos are typically something that should represent and unique entity and often requires deep study of the subject before the seal of approval can be applied to a good logo. Icons on the other hands are more about creating a visual concept of something less unique and more of a communication guidance. Icons are also crafted in large sets where as logos are aiming to be a single picture.

User Interface Design

Good user interface design is crucial for any modern application, software or similar system that is focused on the end user purposes. This UI section focuses more on the actual design process and is abstracted from a specific targeted platform. Typography

Typography is the art of the texts and fonts. It generally splits into two major aspects that are the actual glyphs that are within the font files and then more artistic presentation of a specific text. Some texts and titles can be created in with high details that they become artwork themselves.

Info & Document Graphs

Info-graphs and documents have always been essential way to communicate simple concepts to the reader, maybe it dates back even to the archaic ages where the cavemen sketched out a chart to the wall how to tackle a mammoth. This field is also something that often requires more subject study and thought process in order to get the best results.

Print Design

Print Design focuses how to create the physical assets of the a specific digital graphic asset. Many people know this in forms of celebration cards, posters and other similar pieces. As from more of a professional perspective this topic is quite large and requires good knowledge how various color profiles and other scaling related settings operate.
